Babycakes Café, long a favorite with the Vassar College crowd recently expanded to a 65 seat restaurant.  The cafe has a full liquor license, live entertainment Friday & Saturday nights and now offers dinner with waiter service Wednesday through Saturday.  In their sixth year, owners Jarek & Susan Wysocki, both graduates of The Culinary Institute of America are making this the place to be breakfast, lunch and dinner!  All of the food including the exquisite baked goods and European-style pastries is made on the premises. 
The funky, lively atmosphere is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat any time of day.  The beer, wine and cocktail menu also offers items that you won't find on Route 9.  So for a great all around dining experience Babycakes is the place to be.
